1. The company will send your package within 3 working days (Monday to Friday – except holidays) after confirming the order; during the promotional period, due to the large number of orders, it may take 5 working days.
2.  If the order contains spot and pre-ordered goods, the company will wait for all the goods to arrive before sending them together.

5. If you choose SF self-pickup, please pick up the package within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise it will be returned to our company. We will contact you and arrange re-delivery. Customers need to pay additional shipping costs, and the goods will not be returned or exchanged.
