Return and Exchange Policy

  1. The company only accepts the following return reasons:
    1-A. Item received visibly damaged or unusable  
    1-B. The product received does not match the order content
  2. All used products are non-refundable.
  3. The company only accepts exchanges, not refunds.
  4. Each order can only arrange one return or exchange.
  5. The return period is within 2 days after receiving the goods. If the customer finds a problem, please take a photo for record and contact the company immediately. If the return period exceeds 2 days, no return or exchange will be accepted.
  6. Please present the original receipt or relevant electronic receipt to us before requesting an exchange.
  7. Once the customer has paid, the company will not accept refunds or cancel the order.
  8. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
