Return and Exchange Policy
- The company only accepts the following return reasons:
1-A. Item received visibly damaged or unusable
1-B. The product received does not match the order content - All used products are non-refundable.
- The company only accepts exchanges, not refunds.
- Each order can only arrange one return or exchange.
- The return period is within 2 days after receiving the goods. If the customer finds a problem, please take a photo for record and contact the company immediately. If the return period exceeds 2 days, no return or exchange will be accepted.
- Please present the original receipt or relevant electronic receipt to us before requesting an exchange.
- Once the customer has paid, the company will not accept refunds or cancel the order.
- All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
